RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

          • All items can not be exchanged 
          • We only accept returns for store credit within 14 days of order delivery for full priced items only. Does not include your shipping costs (unless item was incorrect or have manufacturing defect)
          • Discounts or Sale items non-returnable, non-exchangeable
          • The items must have all their labels, all original swing tags attached and be in perfect condition, must have no visible signs of wear, does not have make-up or fake tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
          • Item must be returned including the gift from us (if any) and in original packaging 
          • How to return an item :

            1. Fill out a returns form (you can download one from the link below)  and send it to us by email to : contact@djimaonline.com
            2. Only after our side check if any item we sent was incorrect or have manufacturing defect, we will send you email to printout for return shipping otherwise you need to arrange your own return shipping to us
            3. Enclose returns form in your return parcel with your items and send parcel back to us.
            4. Once your return has arrived back at our warehouse, and has been processed by our returns department, we will issue you with a credit note via email. The gift card has no expiry date and can be used any time.
